file-roller is missing compress contract [$50]

pantheon-files doesn't have compress/decompress option, it doesn't appear on the menu. Here's a screenshot.

It also misses the "Extract Here" besides the compress. Currently you can get it by purging file-roller and installing it again. Would be nice if this was included by default, as this current fix does add an extra devider to the menu.

is there an updated fix? i tried this:

and much to my dismay it did not work...

if you need extra info to assist in troubleshooting please let me know! i know pantheon-files is mainly intended for elementary but this is the most up to date stable package available of marlin that i know of (otherwise it's back to a 14.04 package)
