Bug Description
The Bluetooth page in system-settings allows scrolling of devices.
To reproduce, got to the Bluetooth section and make sure you either have a device connected or in range. Once devices are in there, drag them up/down.
This happens in both sections: devices in range and connected/paired ones.

You should probably use a Repeater instead of a ListView for the devices in there.
