Spinner before “Install more” does not stop if password prompt is cancelled

Bug Description
To reproduce:
1. Open the plug.
2. Click on “Install more languages”.
3. Select anything.
4. Cancel the password prompt.
The progress indicator beside “Install more languages” will start spinning. But as there”s really nothing going on, it would keep spinning on.
