Taking a window down from maximization moves the window inches below the cursor.

If you drag a window up by the titlebar and drag it back down to the normal size, the window doesn't start under your cursor. This means you have to drag the window further upward each time than previously.

In the picture attached, the cursor was actually making a fist when it took it because I was still holding down allowing the screenshot timer to go off.
