[Dashboard] Need to fix application details page and catalog page after update to twitter bootstrap

After update to twitter bootstrap application details page need to be fixed:

1) fix the logo location
2) fix main background color of general information

Problems with catalog index page:

If there are just one raw (3 packages) and 1 package has big description (Apache server) - packages have different height, witch looks ugly

The main logo is in the right place.

But the supplier logo was not in the one line with description

    Fix and improve application page

    * fix different height of the application tiles
    * use lighter grey for app unit
    * make logos occupy more space at the same size of app unit
    * fix supplier logo and text overflow at app details page
    * use curved corners in application div
