The help of the screenshot tool points to a 404

When clicking on the help button of the screenshot tool, I got a 404.

The web viewer displays: "The URI ‘help:ubuntu-help/screen-shot-record’ does not point to a valid page"

I'm not sure the help is needed in the first place.
