Bug Description

The "size" field of MirMotionPointer is almost always wrong, making it useless for practical applications.

mir_demo_client_fingerpaint makes use of the size field to try and ensure the brush size scales with the finger touch area. However this only works on the Nexus 4, and even then it has to be scaled by a factor of 100 to come up with a size in pixels. On all other touch devices, it doesn't even work that well and fingerpaint plots only very small blobs.

MirMotionPointer no longer exists but it's possible the bug remains still behind 'mir_touch_axis_size'
