[system tests] System tests timeouts during murano ostf tests aren't equal to timeouts in launching ostf tests

As we can see in fuel-ostf, timeouts for murano tests which deploy services, equal to 1540 seconds, but in murano system tests seted smaller timeoutwhich equal to 1200 seconds, need to increase timeout in system tests on murano
