Fail to install on Ubuntu 14.04.1 because of missing apt.progress.FetchProgress

Ubuntu 14.04.1 has python-apt python-apt 0.9.3.5
This version of python-apt doesn't have apt.progress.old.FetchProgress and apt.progress.FetchProgress

Tested with devel version 79

I was able to make the script work by commenting some parts

It seems that this part is only for displaying nice progress GUI but not essential.
Without this Magick Rotation installs and works great.

Is it possible to fix/remove this part or even better create a deb package that is designed to handle this?
