Double-clicking an event from the month view does not allow editing

Bug Description
When I double-click on an event directly from the calendar month view, i see a window with the event's details, but rather than having the buttons "Save Changes" or "Delete Event", I only see "Create Event", which is grayed out. Double-clicking the event from the detail view for a specific day does NOT have this issue (works properly).
