Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest v3.16 kernel[0].

Hi,

Shutdown works correctly now :)

Hibernate semi working, fails to restore from hibernate. I mean i do see when it trying to restore from the image, but then I get blackscreen.

Suspend not working, when pushing suspend it will blink once and backs to the desktop but I do see how network get restored.

No sound driver I see Dummy device.

No battery Icon.
