Bug Description
i tried to set up assistive technology (a on-board (on-screen) keyboard for login) - but
system -> preferences - universal access -- assistive technolgy
says that i am not the user 'root' and cannot set preferences for assistive technolgy.
(this seems not compatible with the ubuntu philosophy to use sudo).

this happens when you try to enter 'accessible login' button (not on keyboard accessibility).
