[ostf]Murano system tests on CentOS fails

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Run fuel system test on murano(CentOS)

Actual Result:
Test usually fails with the following message("Time limit exceeded while waiting for deployment is going to finish").
But murano works normally, need to increase timeout in murano ostf tests
