Bug Description
MAAS can report to Juju invalid IP addresses for a newly created node. This causes Juju bootstrap to fail.
The MAAS preference is for intra-node communications to use the dns name.
So Juju should not attempt to use the instance IP addresses (they may be inavlid) and just use the dns name.
