Steps:
1. Create next cluster on 5.0-26 ISO - CentOS, Simple, Neutron Vlan, Ceph for images, Ceilometer, Sahara, 1 controller, 2 compute nodes, 2 ceph nodes
2. Deploy cluster - deployment is successful
3. Upgrade to 5.1
4. After successful upgrade open Health Check tab
Expected - tests are available
Actual - OSTF server isn't available
Authorization errors in ostf log but authorization is enabled:
2014-08-01 14:56:36 WARNING (auth_token) Unable to find authentication token in headers

Was trying to reproduce, made about 100 upgrade runs, and there was no such error.
Asked Andrey to try to reproduce and to provide env with this error.
