fuel 4.1.1 deployment fail when using Ceph

Deployment has failed. Timeout of deployment is exceeded.
to reproduce this bug on fuel 4.1.1
1- create new Environment with Ubuntu 12.0.4, with HA or without HA .( ex: 1 controller, 1 compute,2 ceph)
2-use nutron with valn segemnation.
3- use ceph for Cinder and Galnce.
4-Check this option in the setting tab: Ceph RBD for ephemeral volumes (nova)
5 and this: Ceph RadosGW for objects (swift API)
 after installing the OS the deployment will fail with this error:
Deployment has failed. Timeout of deployment is exceeded.
usually it fail when it try to install openstack on the compute node

The diagnostic snapshot doesn't contain any local files from any of the nodes, looks like all nodes were offline when it was generated. There is no indication of deployment errors on logs from node-56 that were collected from the fuel master node, looks as if it completed successfully.

This bug was filed for old, unmaintained release. We believe it's fixed in 5.1. Please try new relase and if you happen to reproduce it, open the bug again. Closing for now.
