Bug Description
In the attached USA1 activity the AI train has a forth-and-back path. It stops at New Carrolton station when running forward, then it stops at BWI station, and after reversing it stops again at the New Carrolton Station. OR puts the station stops in the wrong order (first station after sorting is the backward met New Carrolton Station). So, when AI train is run and it arrives at New Carrolton first time, it gets as starting time the starting time of the backward run Carrolton stop instead of that of the forward stop.
