Bug Description
Every time I go to create a server I cannot remember the syntax for adding a network. The --nic option is poorly documented and clumsy. It would help at least if it was action='append' so that you didn't have to parse the string for commas. It would really be nice if there just was a --network option that was action='append' that you could add the networks you want associated with the server.

Also, there is no find by name for networks on the --nic option
