after pressing reload, when updates are available, the gui still says "your system is up to date"

Bug Description
It's listing the updates alright, but right above that, in the grey gui, it says:
"Your system is up-to-date"
"there are no updates available"
Rather awkward. Either have it reload the gui, or change the text to something
general.
