Bug Description

The music app with a recent update to mediascanner2 does not play an album or song selected from the music scope. The following is in the application log:

UbuntuWindow::handleSurfaceFocusChange(focused=false)
qml: URI=album:///Divine%20Fits/A%20Thing%20Called%20Divine%20Fits
qml: Unknown artist-album Divine%20Fits/A%20Thing%20Called%20Divine%20Fits, skipping
UbuntuWindow::handleSurfaceFocusChange(focused=true)
Detectable autorepeat not supported.

UbuntuWindow::handleSurfaceFocusChange(focused=false)
qml: URI=file:///home/phablet/Music/Ratatat/Classics/08%20Swisha.P
qml: Unknown file /home/phablet/Music/Ratatat/Classics/08 Swisha.P, skipping
UbuntuWindow::handleSurfaceFocusChange(focused=true)
Detectable autorepeat not supported.

The first section is for an album and the second is for a song. Conceivably, the reason this has broken is that decoding the URI is no longer working/necessary.
