Bug Description
Precondition steps.
Install horizon and sahara-dashboard (master branch).
Open openstack dashboard.
Register any image with any tags.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to sahara image registry panel.
2. Click button 'edit tags' for registered image.
Buttons for delete tags does not visible.

sahara-dashboard from the separate repository, or the one included in horizon? Now the code is merged, so the separate dashboard shouldn't be needed as far as I know.
