Bug Description
At the moment if a user exchange the order of two sources in the model she will get different numbers in the event based calculator, since the seeds will be exchanged. Moreover, optimizations such as filtering the sources in parallel are impossible, since they change the ordering. The solution is to use a fixed order. My proposal is to order by trt_model_id and then, for a given tectonic region type, to order by source_id.
