Scratch deletes the last blank line whenever a user close a document

I've noticed that Scratch behaves deleting the last blank line of my documents.
When I put two blank lines in the end of the document the behavior happens anyway.
That happens both in Luna stable version and in Freya beta1.

You sure you don't have "strip trailing white space" enabled in extensions?

No Cody, it occurs independently.
Scratch behavior is the same regardless the 'strip' option is enabled or not.
It may be broken to me only, but I use two elementaryOS systems (work and home) and the behavior is the same both machines.

I can confirm this with Freya beta 1.

1. Create new document
2. Type some stuff, leave a couple of empty lines in the end
3. Close it
4. Open it.

The last line was removed (no further lines seem to get removed though, unless you add more newlines).
