Bug Description

Docker released a 1.0 version *very* soon after 14.04 released. For lots of reasons, Docker 1.0 would be far more appropriate than 0.9.1 in our LTS. This will necessitate an exception to push a major version update into Trusty. For long term maintainability, however, this is highly desired in our LTS.

Docker 1.0 has been in Debian testing for over a month (June 19, 2014), and in Ubuntu Utopic (since June 14, 2014).

This was fixed in trusty-updates in 1.0.1~dfsg1-0ubuntu1~ubuntu0.14.04.1, and Utopic, Vivid and Wily all also have Docker >= 1.0.
