Bug Description
An user tried to use such parameters:
region = 27.685048 85.280857, 27.736719 85.280857, 27.733376 85.355358, 27.675015 85.355358
region_grid_spacing = 5.0
There is a problem here, since the region_grid_spacing is too large so that no sites are generated for the given region. A better error message should be generated, suggesting to reduce the grid spacing.
