"Hook" is not so easily understood in the Qt creator wizard

Bug Description

In the wizard, there is a word "hook". It is not so easily understood by developers. What does it really mean in the context? Can we use another meaningful phrase for it?

The "Hook" word will be replaced with the "App name:" or "Scope name:" in the templates.
