Bug Description
This is a feature request/suggestion for improvement
The transform tool has the option to affect or not the stroke when scaling objects. However, making this a property of the object/stroke (rather than a "global" tool option) would greatly improve the flexibility of Inkscape.
In fact, it is not uncommon (at least for me) to have, in the same drawing, objects whose stroke I want to scale, and objects for which I don't want this to happen. Curently I have to use one of a number of workarounds (convert strokes to path, or scale the two type of objects in two different operations, etc.), but the real game changer would be to have the "scale stroke with the object" to be a property of the object (or stroke), not of the tools that performs the scaling.
