Stuck on "downloading metadata" on the phone

When trying to download a torrent on the phone, the torrent is stuck on "downloading metadata".
This does not happen on the desktop.

It seems that if the application is installed on the phone, this doesn't happen.
Only happens when the app is run through the desktop.

No, this happens to me on the phone. I'll post back with an example torrent.

Search for: libreoffice

Top of the results is 4.0.4 with 10 seeders. Same thing happens. When I use a desktop client, I have no issue.

Just a query, but is this app still maintained or is it abandoned? It seems it doesn't work still.

I've been busy with work and other projects I'm currently developing. I'll try to find time to fix some of the bugs. Does any torrent work for you on the phone or is it not able to download anything?

Sorry, I didn't mean to pressure you! I just wondered if the project is
still alive.

I have tried several torrents and all have the same result. But life &
family come first ;)

ive looked at the log and i get this

error opening shm /lttng-ust-wait-5

it just keeps going round in a circle

never actually downloads anything

tested on 2 x phones and the tablet all do the same :(

I've not been able to get any torrent to work so far, but a friend tried while we were at a conference and managed to download some things. So I'm not sure where the issue is, sorry.
