the "+add" hides on clicking anywhere within the app

the "+add" region in the app hides on clicking anywhere within the area of the application and needs to be pulled up again by clicking and dragging up near the area where it origionally was.

It is annoying to pull the region again every time you want a new note, especially when you just finished one and want to add another.

this is not a problem on start of the app but during the app;i.e. just after you click within the area of the app which is blank and not a note.
