Please clarify, what actions did you make and what unpredicted results did you get?
Quantity of Public IP addresses was set equal to quantity of slave nodes , right ?
Please make screenshot if you have seen UI messages during cluster parameters setup. Not all the errors you can see in UI during parameters setup are stored to logs.
