Please backport gnuserv 3.12.7-5

This is needed to work with emacs22 which is now in backports. emacs22 compability is the only change from 3.12.7-4.

I built the package in a feisty pbuilder and have been using it for almost two weeks without any problem. I used the source package from Debian, but there are no Ubuntu changes so that does not matter. The reason for not submitting this backport request until now is that I had to wait for my sync request to get the updated gnuserv into gutsy, see: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/133006
