[NEW] copy upgrade and change module

Please from qb branch make a copy of the module sfs_sales_restriction_qb and put the copy into glp branch, this module was created originally to work in server 6.1, as you know the customer glp works with server 7.

Then please make this tasks on this module ...

1. Upgrade to 7.0 server
2. change the behavior to next functionality:

a. Check if the product related to sale order line has enough real stock the user are selling in the sale order line.
if yes, do nothing
if not, show one alert "The %product.product_field_name has not enough real stock", and delete the sale.order.line active automatically, to avoid the user save this sale.order.line.

In the i18n directory add the terms
The %product.product_field_name has not enough real stock = El producto %product.product_field_name no tiene stock suficiente.

Hi Team, please make a review of the functionality because there are some details making the behavior its wrong ...

1. the warning are showing wrong information, the user are not entry any quantity and the module mention qtty is 1
2. qtty 1 are less to real stock = 2396.1
3. of course in this case the user can be save the sale order line.
