Bug Description

While the main code has been updated to made use of the new graduated oslo libraries (db, utils, i18n), there are still some references to the old ones that cannot be clean because the ironic.nova driver is still in the tree.
Once the ironic.driver is integrated into nova, we can proceed to clean old references.

I don't think this is relevant any more. First, we no longer have the ironic.nova driver in our tree, and second, the only nova* related files (in ironic/nova/compute) do not use any oslo.incubator files.
