Search field isn't auto-focused on Projects page

Bug Description

Most people who visit <https://launchpad.net/projects> will not be interested in scrolling past the first screenful of the page. And the page contains a search field. Therefore, focusing the search field by default would make people faster at using the page.

This doesn't break anything, but it's not fixed -- projects-index.pt is /projectgroups, not /projects. Yay for consistent naming.
