Bug Description

When adding nodes to a cluster offline nodes could be shown before online nodes.

Steps to reproduce

Create new env
boot a couple of nodes
after nodes are discovered, login to node with lowest id and turn it off
wait 60 seconds
go to add nodes screen

expected result: online nodes would sort first.

Set Medium priority. It can be easily filtered, but actually provides better UX for the user.
