Bug Description
the option to run c-c-s in a non-interactive mode is
--not-interactive
it really should be
--non-interactive
which is more common. not-interactive is uncommon parlance.

The name of this flag needs to be changed in several places but more importantly, in the test scripts. I'd suggest changing the tests first, see them fail, then fix the code to make them pass :)
