Functionaltests folder should be moved inside tests folder of the project

Since functional tests are planned to run on devstack, all files and sbufolders should be put in test directory.

It affects murano and murano-dashboard projects. Also murano-ci Jenkinsjob should be updated.

    Move and rename functional tests

    Now, functional tests would be located in murano/tests folder

    Group all unit tests to the corresponding folder under tests

    Run only unit tests in Opentack gate
