Impossible to delete calendars

Bug Description

(ubuntu-phablet 3.4.0.5-make #31)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click on the menu on the upper right hand side
2. Click on +Calendars
3. Long-tap on a calendar (e.g. birthdays)
4. Try to show the bottom menu bar

Actual result:
- There does not seem to be a way to delete a calendar.

Expected result:
- The selected calendar should be deleted (after a warning)

i am not sure if we are going to provide option to add or remove calendars from calendar app, i guess adding and removing should be handles by account.

so, yes currently there is no option to delete calendar and nor to add it.

I agree that calendars should be removed in "accounts". Perhaps we could take people to the accounts screen in system settings if they choose to delete.

Alternatively the easy way to do this would simply be to have a piece of text underneath the calendars which says "To remove calendars from the device, go to System Settings -> Accounts" or similar?

There is no directly way to remove calendar, but currently it will take users to online Accounts to manage their accounts.
