Bug Description

Since I updated to Thunderbird 31.0 on my Ubuntu 14.04 computer, the "attach file to email" shortcut (Shift+Ctrl+A) doesn't work if CAPS lock is disabled (it just select all such as Ctrl+A).

I just updated to Thunderbird 31.1.1 hoping it would fix this but not. I confirm this bug still remains
