Bug Description
Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
1. Login to the DevStack using admin account
2. Navigate to Images page
3. Observe that Duplicate Images Created for MySQL (ubunutu_mysql)

Looks like maybe a DevStack issue, Horizon just shows what's available in Glance.
