Bug Description
When using upgrade manager to update to Ubuntu `14.04, it fails saying "could not determine the upgrade", citing an unrecoverable problem when calculating the upgrade. E:Error, pkgProblemResol
This can be caused by:
* Upgrading to a pre-release version of Ubuntu
* Running the current pre-release version of Ubuntu
* Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu
