Bug Description
I've got my phone set up to de_DE locale, but opening the amazon webapp still gets me to amazon.com in english while it should open amazon.de. However, this also needs to consider the country, not only the language. For example there is also amazon.at which is for Austria, but its still in German language. To make things even worse, there's no amazon.ch, which is also German speaking, but those users are redirected back to amazon.de which also ships to Swizzerland.
I assume such cases also arise for other languages/areas and other webapps too.

To clarify, we are not going to deal with the site-specific language / country aspects in this bug, but focus on getting Oxide's new "Accept-Language" support to solve 80% of the issue.
Once we're there, we have specific code for Amazon, Ebay geo-dependent sites, which may need to be updated, as a separate bug.
