Bug Description
when I am using openstack with vCenter, I create a vm with ide image, then I attach disk to the vm. I can not attach the second disk.
version:havana 2013.02
When creating a vm with vCenter, The vmware_adapter_type property of image deciede the type of disk adapter. If vmware_adapter_type is ide, then disk adapter type is ide. After creation, we attach disk to vm. In the code implementation, the author does not change controller_key, so we can only attach disks to ide0:0/ide0:1
