Bug Description
we shouldn't display the message timestamp for incoming/outgoing messages if they occur during the same minute as the previous message. They take up too much space and are not necessary in that case. Iphone doesn't display them for every message, not sure if android does.

On iOS:
Go to the native messaging client and open a chat stream with a few chat bubbles. When you swipe on the screen towards the left you see all time stamps for all messages, even for those which were sent/received within the same minute. What iOS doesn't display is the day, which can be very inconvenient.
On Android:
The native messaging app (pre forced hangout) is displaying a time stamp on every single chat bubble, however gives a summary of the day by sectioning the chat stream.
Bottom line, I think we should display a time stamp for every single message but I believe there is a good visual solution for splitting day and time somehow.
