1. Start deployment on any created environment
2. Deployment should be successful
3. Click "Select all" on Health Check page. Start OSTF tests
4. Leave this page. For example, move to Settings page
5. Return to Health Check page. Checkboxes became unchecked

This is not a bug - this is a feature of one page application:
The list of "checked elements" saves only for this particular view: If you will navigate inside "Cluster" view, by clicking on Tabs like "Nodes", "Settings", "Network", etc. - this will work correct, and page will save list of "checked tests".
But! If you leave this view - for example go to "Environment" or "Support", in this case this list will be lost, because of view changing and we didn't save this list to backed.
And this is expected behavior.

Actually it can be fixed by explicitly caching this info. But I don't think it needs to be done since we can't get this info from OSTF and it is impossible to determine which testa are run after refreshing the page. So it would be great to be able to get this info from OSTF
