Bug Description

install package tkcvs---run from main-menu-programming- and nothing happens
run in terminal and get error /usr/bin/tkcvs: 4: exec: wish: not found
installed mint-17 cinnamon and same results
also run tkdiff in terminal and get error /usr/bin/tkdiff: 4: exec: wish: not found

I have now managed to get tkcvs working on my system by installing the default tk package, (sudo apt-get install tk).

Note - I already had tk8.4 installed, but tkcvs would not run without the default tk package.
