Can you clarify what docs are needed?
There are probably three possible additions required:
1. python-heatclient usage docs (along with addition of the pagination options if not already done)
2. API docs for the new pagination parameters
3. In-tree docs related to events
Only (3) relates to the heat launchpad project, so you may need to add openstack-api-site and python-heatclient to this bug.
