Bug Description
Binary package hint: netbeans5.5
when my Desktop Effects on Ubuntu Feisty are enabled, the IDE doesnt show it's buttons, toolbars, menus , only an empty window.
But if i disable the Effects, it runs normally.

This is known problem of JDK 5 with Compiz. You must install and use JDK 6.
