Hitting "OK" in Edit Problem reloads old form

In the Edit Problem page, when you make an edit to a field and hit "Edit", the page refreshes saying that edit is successful. However, the refreshed form's fields still has the old information. If you want to change other fields, you have to refresh so that the last edited information reloads. This is annoying because if you don't refresh between confirming edits, you'd just undo your first edit in one field.
