[Bootstrap] instance details Log and Console blank

Bootstrap 3 Merging https://review.openstack.org/#/c/107042/ results in:

Instance Details Log and Console tab being blank... if you click on Instance Name (to view details) and then click on each tab.

However, if you click on the Instance's More Action button and click Console or View Log, it seems to render perfectly...

    Fix tab show/shown handlers for bootstrap v3

    Also remove preventDefault() call from tab 'show' handler -
    with that call it required 2 clicks to switch to a
    lazy-loaded tab.
